A photo of the actual printed sheet is the single most useful thing you can send — most layout bugs are obvious at a glance and invisible in a description.
Request a pattern
If a diagnostic sheet you need is missing, describe the symptom you are trying to isolate. Requests that describe a real, unaddressed print problem get built first.
